Our home welcomes you with professional grade game room gear, luxury furnishings, state of the art media and electronics and quality kicthen appliances, hot tub and mud room gear. Please know you're responsible for leaving the home and gear in the same condition you found it. If not, your security deposit will be applied to repairing damages.
No Refunds if Cancellation is within 30 Days Prior to Date of Reservation.
50% Refund of Rental Fees if Cancellation is within 60 Days Prior to Date of Reservation (100% Refund of Cleaning Fee and Security Deposit).
100% Refund of All Fees Paid if Cancellation is Made at Least 61 Days Prior to Reservation.
